A Legacy of Excellence Since 1998

Culinary Art Catering was founded in 1998 by Executive Chef Yossi Hayon. While working in the hospitality industry, Chef Yossi began catering events for friends and family throughout the Dallas area. His distinctive menus, artistic presentations, and commitment to quality quickly earned a reputation that spread through word of mouth. As demand grew, he made the decision to turn his passion into a full-time business.

Alongside his wife and business partner, Vivian Morgan, Chef Yossi built Culinary Art Catering on a simple philosophy: every event deserves extraordinary food, personalized attention, and a memorable guest experience.

Growing Alongside the Dallas Event Community

From humble beginnings in a small rented kitchen, Culinary Art Catering rapidly expanded to meet the needs of a growing client base. After outgrowing its first space, the company established a storefront location in Addison and continued to build its reputation as one of North Texas’ most sought-after catering companies.

In 2012, Culinary Art Catering relocated to its current headquarters in Farmers Branch and opened its first event venue, Nuvo Room. The company continued its growth by becoming the exclusive catering partner for the Addison Conference Centre and a preferred caterer at many of the region’s most prestigious venues.

In 2016, the company opened its second venue, Vouv Meeting & Event Space, followed by Reflections Venue & Gardens in Plano in 2019. Today, these venues provide clients with beautiful settings paired with the exceptional food and service that have become synonymous with the Culinary Art name.
