With 10 years of food service experience, Melissa has always had an immense passion for serving others and exceeding their expectations. Working previously as the catering coordinator for The University of Texas at Dallas, her history of corporate events range from intimate lunches to plated served meals for 700 people. Melissa enjoys building relationships with her clients and helping their vision for their event come to life. She has developed menus for weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, large scale corporate events and intimate, high profile events. Melissa is also familiar with numerous event venues in the area. She looks forward to using her knowledge of event planning & event logistics to make your event memorable and special.
